Dr. Chan is a graduate of New York Medical College (1986) and is Nephrology Board Certified since 1992. He specializes in outpatient Nephrology, and is committed to providing high quality, comprehensive, personalized medical care for his patients. As a specialist only, Dr. Chan integrates medical evaluation, testing procedures, and decisions regarding therapy with his patients' referring physicians. He is affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center, Upper East Side Dialysis Center, and Chinatown Dialysis Center. Dr. Chan attended New York City public schools, and lives with his family in New Jersey.
